When: Wednesday Mornings at 10:00 AM
This clinic is geared towards moms of all abilities who want to run with a fun and supportive group. The run itself will last approximately 45 minutes and will be followed by a short strength session. The group leader is a registered physiotherapist and will be able to answer any questions & provide tips on regaining strength and fitness post-partum (or in general).

Women of all running abilities are welcome – bring your stroller (or not) and a yoga mat for strength work and we will get our run on together.

Cost: $5 drop in or $50 for all 12 weeks. Includes clinic souvenir.

  • Where will the training runs take place from?

    All runs will take place from Forerunners North Shore at 980 Marine Drive in North Vancouver.

  • Do we still run in the rain?

    Absolutely! That's part of the fun.

  • Is this clinic only for moms with strollers?

    We welcome all ladies to come and feel welcome. If you want to run with us, we'd love to have you!

Amy Schneeberg

Amy started running competitively during her masters degree in Kingston, Ontario. She fell in love with the sport and the wonderful community it brought to her life. She has since coached athletes of all ages and competed on the track, roads and trails. She is now a mom to 1 beautiful baby boy and is eager to help other moms discover or get back to running. She loves sharing her passion for running as well as what she has learnt as a physiotherapist to help runners get stronger and prevent injuries. She believes that anybody who wants to can be “a runner”!
