About the Clinic
Proof of vaccine required at first workout; vaccine card/passport and id.
Our ever popular Wednesday Night Running Clinic is starting up again!
We will meet Wednesday nights at 6:30 at the intersection of Chancellor Blvd and Tasmania Crescent (end of Little Australia). Workouts will include a 2km warm up, interval based workout, and a 1km cool down.
- All participants must be registered, we will NOT be accepting drop-ins.
- All participants must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination with a matching piece of ID at first session.
What Can I Do To Prepare?
All participants should be able to run a 5 km run in approximately 45min or less.
What Should I Expect?
You should expect to have a great run, and have a great time.
Meet the Instructor
Karen is an accomplished runner and a born-and-raised Vancouverite (which means she obviously doesn't think twice about running in the rain). She used to run for Simon Fraser University, and holds a 3 hour marathon time. Still an avid runner today, Karen keeps her passion for the sport alive. She is a cornerstone of the Forerunners community.
