In consideration of your accepting my participation in Forerunners Running Clinics and any other related events, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive, release and hold harmless Forerunners Running Clinics and Forerunners Enterprises Inc., together with and as agent for their directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, volunteers, group leaders and members ('the Releasees') from any and all liability for death and/or injury to person and/or property may have been contributed to or accasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid Releasees or any of them. I acknowledge that I have read and understand and agree to abide by the above rules and waiver agreement.

Please join us  Sunday February 5th at 9 am at Forerunners Main Street for our Dan Cumming Memorial Run and Walk.

This memorial run is for all runners of all abilities.  We welcome families.

Entry is $10 to run with all funds to support local charity.  (Kids run free with their parents.)

Distance: 5 km or 2.5 km walk (start and finish from Forerunners Main Street, 3889 Main St)

Post run snacks, coffee, and draw prizes(courtesy of our friends at Brooks) will be available.

Proceeds of this run with benefit Dan’s favourite charity, The Terry Fox Foundation.

Please note:  while we love dogs in our store, we ask that no dogs take part in this event.
