In consideration of your accepting my participation in Forerunners Running Clinics and any other related events, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive, release and hold harmless Forerunners Running Clinics and Forerunners Enterprises Inc., together with and as agent for their directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, volunteers, group leaders and members ('the Releasees') from any and all liability for death and/or injury to person and/or property may have been contributed to or accasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid Releasees or any of them. I acknowledge that I have read and understand and agree to abide by the above rules and waiver agreement.

We’re serving up some pancakes with your run at Forerunners Main Street.

Please join us  Sunday July 29th at 9 am for our Social Pancake Run and Walk.

This social run is for all runners of all abilities.  We welcome families.

Entry is $5 to run with all funds to support local charity.  (Kids run free with their parents.)

Distance: 5km or 2.5 km walk

Please note:  for those who would like to run a little longer, we will have a group (led by Coach Carey) that will run 15 km.  This group will leave the store at 8 am.

Post run pancakes, coffee, and draw prizes will be available.
