In consideration of your accepting my participation in Forerunners Running Clinics and any other related events, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive, release and hold harmless Forerunners Running Clinics and Forerunners Enterprises Inc., together with and as agent for their directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, volunteers, group leaders and members ('the Releasees') from any and all liability for death and/or injury to person and/or property may have been contributed to or accasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid Releasees or any of them. I acknowledge that I have read and understand and agree to abide by the above rules and waiver agreement.

During the month of May, Forerunners North Shore would like to invite you to run a solo time-trial over 5 km, 8 km, 10 km, half marathon, or marathon and support the Harvest Project during a time of need in our community. All proceeds from this event will go directly to the Harvest Project, an organization that is currently focusing their efforts towards their COVID19 Emergency Food Program in order to provide subsidized vouchers from local supermarkets to families who are struggling and unable to purchase groceries.
The donation amount to enter this challenge is $10. However, if you would like to donate more than this, simply register for as many time-trials as you wish and keep sending in your results. You can run as many of the different distances as you like and you can run each distance as many times as you like. Plus, each time you sign up for a new time-trial, your name will be added to a draw to win one of 2 pairs of Brooks running shoes!
When you have completed your time-trial(s) you can send in your result(s) to northshore@forerunners.ca. Results can be sent by linking to your activity on Strava (or any other accessible site that shows your result), by sending a screenshot of your activity, or even by simply submitting a photo of your result on your GPS device showing the distance and time. On Sunday evenings (the 10th, 17th, and 24th) we’ll post preliminary results on the Forerunners website, and on Sunday, May 31st, we’ll compile and post the final results for each distance here.
