Waiver

In consideration of your accepting my participation in Forerunners Running Clinics and any other related events, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive, release and hold harmless Forerunners Running Clinics and Forerunners Enterprises Inc., together with and as agent for their directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, volunteers, group leaders and members ('the Releasees') from any and all liability for death and/or injury to person and/or property may have been contributed to or accasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid Releasees or any of them. I acknowledge that I have read and understand and agree to abide by the above rules and waiver agreement.

Join us at Forerunners 4th Avenue on Sunday December 10th at 10 am for a social 5k fun run and some holiday cheer.

Post race will feature hot chocolate and candy canes.  All proceeds will benefit the Vancouver Food Bank.

Post race prizes will be given out for best Christmas Sweaters as well as great draw prizes.

Time and Date: Sunday December 10th at 10 am.

Cost: $5 Dollars, with proceeds to be donated to the Food Bank.  We encourage you to bring one non-perishable food items to the event at the event.
