“Getting Race Ready”

You’ve put the KMs in, the early mornings, the gels, and you’ve got the right gear. But how should you prepare in the final days leading up to Canada Running Series West Scotia Half race day?

Join us at Forerunners on Main Street this June 18th at 6:30 pm to hear from 2012 Olympian and 2019 Canadian 10K Champion Dylan Wykes of Mile2Marathon Coaching, and 24x marathoner and holistic sports nutritionist Sarah Cuff of Eat 2 Run. We’ll have food & bevvies courtesy of Stanley Park Brewing.

Spots will go quickly, so make sure to get your ticket ASAP – $5 registration is necessary to ensure your spot. Full ticket price will be donated to BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund.

Doors open at 6:30 with discussion to begin at 7 pm.

Discussion to be facilitated by Kevin Lionais.

Can’t be there in person? We’ll be livestreaming the event on Facebook, so make sure to set aside this time to follow along!

*please note: guest that enroll prior to the event are eligible for a draw prize courtesy of our friends at Saucony Canada.
