Boston Marathon Documentary Run and Movie Showing. Come out on May 21st for a morning of fun. Meet at 9:30am for a 10k run from Forerunners Main Street, coffee break at Artigiano, and a showing of the Boston Marathon Documentary at the Park Theater 12:55pm.

You have decided it is time to become one of those people who are out there running around our beautiful city. Or, maybe you have already been doing a bit of running and have decided it is time to try a 5K race. Welcome to an exciting new phase of your life!
Our GOAL is to help you achieve whatever challenge you may have set out for yourself. Most runners find that it is hard to achieve good results without setting out some kind of goal. It could be to move up in distance, or improve time, or any of a number of other things. We suggest that you take a few minutes right now to think about just what YOU hope to achieve by joining us in this training program. Remember a goal is a goal, no matter how lofty or modest. If you have never run 5K then just doing it is a very real and major goal.

Come celebrate the Grand Opening of Forerunners Main Street with a 5km and 2.5km Pancake Social Run around Queen Elizabeth Park on Sunday, May 28th at 9:30 am. Free Pancakes after the run! Our friends from Brooks will be on hand that day with draw prizes and special offers.

Come out for some tempo fun as we explore our new neighborhood. 6:20 pm from 3889 Main Street.
Tuesday May 30, 2017-10 k Tuesday
55-70 min 10 k runners are welcome for 6-7 km total workout. 6:20 pm from 3889 Main Street.
Wednesday May 31, 2017-Learn to Run Clinic
It’s session #2 for our “Your Run Starts Now” 5 km clinic with Coach Dan at 6:20 pm.
