All participants should be able to run a 10 km run in 65 min or less.

To ensure that you get the most out of your experience in the clinic, come with a positive frame of mind and an eagerness to learn about the many benefits of running. Also, coming willing to share your own goals, stories, and knowledge, as each member will enhance the overall clinic’s experience. We encourage you to wear reflective clothing and/or running lights. Eating a carbohydrate gel before the workout for fuel is a good idea also.

Please note:  there is no requirement for our Learn To Run option.

While we do love our pets, we unfortunately cannot have them take part in our groups.

There is ample street parking at all 3 of our Forerunners locations. Please call the indiviidual store to get further info.

Each location has a designated area to keep items safe and secure. Main Street has a limited amount of lockers. We do encourage to keep items to a minimum.

Yes, we have a range of pace groups for the group, each with a group leader. For further info, please conact the specific location directly.

If you have issues continuing, we can offer a store credit towards your next clinic membership or other in store purchases. Contact the store you run from directly for this.

Each group can range from 8-15 people.
