Our ever-popular Wednesday Night Running Clinic is gearing up for another session. Whether you are train for your next race, looking to improve your fitness, or just looking for a reason to begin running, we have a group for you. Moms On The Run-Stroller Running Clinic

This clinic is geared towards moms of all abilities who want to run with a fun and supportive group. The run itself will last approximately 45 minutes and will be followed by a short strength session. The group leader is a registered physiotherapist and will be able to answer any questions & provide tips on regaining strength and fitness post-partum (or in general). North Van SCOTIABANK HALF MARATHON CLINIC

Join coach and Forerunners North Shore co-owner, Jerry Ziak, and train towards the Scotiabank Half Marathon on June 25th. The group meets on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 for interval training and on Saturday mornings at 8:00 for long runs. There are pace groups for a 2:30 half marathon level and faster. NORTH VAN VICTORIA MARATHON/FALL CLASSIC HALF MARATHON CLINIC

Join coach and Forerunners North Shore co-owner, Jerry Ziak, and train towards the Victoria Half Marathon or Marathon on October 8th and the Fall Classic Half Marathon on November 12th. The group meets on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 for interval training and on Saturday mornings at 8:00 for long runs. There are pace groups for a 2:30 half marathon level and faster (with marathon pace groups formed based on demand).
