>Bouncy midsole that has a lot of responsiveness to it. Both the Sky and Edge feature this–which one you choose will vary depending on your stride length and cadence.
>Great responsiveness, especially for track workouts! We all liked testing them out in our clinic track workouts and would highly recommend them for your tempo/workout training runs.
>The specific shoe is based on your cadence. It’s a neat concept to have a shoe designed to match your running stride! The Edge is for cadence-style runners, whose cadence increases at faster paces, and the Sky is for stride-style runners, who increase their stride length at faster paces but maintain the same cadence. It’s a great innovation and we enjoyed testing out the models to find which one suited us the best.
