Our COVID-19 Response

With the current spread of COVID-19 across Canada and the world, we recognize the necessity to maintain our community’s health and wellbeing as our main priority. As the situation evolves, we are evaluating operations protocol with the guidance of Canada’s health authorities and government.
With this in mind, and while our stores remain open, we are proposing alternative ways that we can serve your running/walking lifestyle needs.
For out-of-store/online shopping:
-Our online store continues to offer free shipping for all orders over $100 CAD and we ship the items on the day that the order is placed within Canada.
-We will continue to provide full refunds on online orders should the ordered product not work out.
-Phone orders are possible. We can look through your purchase history and make suggestions. We are able to process payment by phone, and we can arrange for curbside pick-up. We will also provide free next day delivery within 10km of our stores.
For in-store shopping:
-Staff and customers are to practice social-distancing (2 meters).
-Masks/Face Coverings are required.
-Sanitation and cleanliness are maintained, and frequently used hard surfaces are disinfected.
